Getting healthy can be SO hard at times! Steven and I are in this process now and it’s so hard not to give into cravings.
I love unhealthy foods so much. Give me all the fries, cheese, pizza and spaghetti you can give me and I’ll be satisfied. I’m sure I’m not the only one! I knew that there was no way I could go without at least some unhealthy foods for the rest of my life. This is a lifestyle change, not a fad diet! I had to figure out some way that I could have my favorite foods guilt-free.
Valentines Day is just around the corner! That means a very special DATE NIGHT is coming!
My hubby and I love any kind of excuse to spoil each other. So, needless to say we are pretty excited about Valentines Day this year! We love to go out for a romantic meal, but sometimes it’s just not in the budget. We also love to cook together and get creative in the kitchen. So, when the budget doesn’t allow for a restaurant, we go for a cozy night in together!
Fall is definitely my favorite season! Honestly, I think my favorite part about it is making all of the goodies. Baking with pumpkin and apples, making pies and cakes, going to fall festivals, and picking out pumpkins to decorate my home with are things that I definitely look forward to every single year. It’s just such a beautiful season!
My hubby and my mom and I had a little morning out the other day and went to an orchard and cidery near us. I wish I would have gotten some pictures. They had it decorated so cute this year! Anyway, we go there every year to get some of their HEAVENLY apple cider and cinnamon sugar apple cider doughnuts. It’s all fresh and made at the orchard.
